  1. My husband and I are remodeling our master bath. We installed mosaic tile around our whirlpool tub that looks like small stone/brick. The problem is that it didn’t come with any edge pieces to put a finished look to it. We only went 2 feet up the wall and need to come up with an idea to trim the edge off. We are going for a Spa look and I thought maybe bamboo, or distressed wood but I didn’t know if people trim tile in wood or if it would hold up by the water. Is there a website I can see projects that use things other than tile? Maybe even copper. I’m trying to be creative but want it to look nice. HELP!! Thanks Cheri and Bruce First time Tilers

We have two bathrooms and renovated each differently. One we paid for which was way expensive and the other we took into our own hands. we rented a portable toilet for the weekend and turned the water off. We installed a new toilet and sealed it off. (it’s really not that hard). We also painted the walls a new color… just these two things made our bathroom look a lot nicer!

renovating the bathroom is way more expensive than hiring a professional to totally clean it spic and span. just like new.

I love how painting a bathroom can make you feel like it is a completely different space. Although I hate painted because I get it everywhere. That video is very helpful to a person like me.

its always best to leave the plumbing and electrical things up to the pros. if you go touching them, you may need to pay more if you need to call one in.
